Who we are
Mcykol Digital is a website and business-technology service run by Maykol Castillo from South Florida. This notice explains what happens to information you share through this website. Questions about it: mcykolllc@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the assessment form or send us by email: your name, business name and email address, and — if you choose — your phone number, website address, the services you're interested in and a short message. Like every website, our host also receives basic technical information about each visit, such as your IP address and browser type, which it uses to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
To reply to you about your free business assessment and any follow-up you ask for, to keep ordinary business records, and to block spam and abuse. We don't add you to marketing lists from this form.
Who receives it
We don't sell, rent or share your personal information for advertising. Only the service providers that run this website and our email see it, and only to do that job: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Resend (delivers the form to our inbox) and Google (Gmail, where our business email is kept). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests and emails in our inbox only as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then delete them. To prevent abuse, your IP address is used briefly to limit how many requests can be sent; it is not saved with your request. Resend keeps a delivery record of the email for a limited time, and Cloudflare keeps standard technical logs under its own policies. We don't store requests in a database.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own, and it loads no outside fonts or scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site. Because we don't track visitors across websites, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form requests are checked and sent to our inbox over encrypted connections. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we keep what we collect to a minimum.
Your choices
Email mcykolllc@gmail.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll respond promptly.
Children
This website is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email mcykolllc@gmail.com and we'll delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
